Ive always had a cabinet full of paints, crayons, charcoals and paste.
My strong point in painting is human emotions. If it has a face, I can portray 'feelings'.
I fall in love hard and I hurt deeply. I paint best when I can express myself when I'm ecstatically happy or deeply in pain. I do that best on canvas. So, actually that would mean my art is my diary.
My strong personal points are my humor, my compassion and my understanding nature.
Eccentric and eclectic, obtuse and illusive, I think / paint outside of the box.
I'm a true Texas artist. Being Native American/Irish I'm very passionate about my art and all those around me that I love.
*A racehorse has to run, a bird has to fly, a teacher has to teach and an artist has to paint.*

MY ART FILLS THE GLASS OF SAD SILENCE
I am a self taught artist living in Texas. I've been creating art all my life. If I could say it in words, there would be no reason for me to paint.
I'm attracted to vibrant colors and expressive compositions. My compositions range from landscapes, wildlife, architecture and realism to The Old Masters and whimsical fantasy.
Being Native American, of the Siksika Nation ("Blackfoot") it only makes sense that my specialty would be Southwest art. And being from Texas, of course the Cowboys stay close to my heart. (The football team too).
My art is in private and corporate collections throughout the United States and abroad.
If you can dream it... I can create it.

Just been through your works at your website, they do appear to be work of compassion or say passion, you have described your approach and style of work very vividly and in a interesting way.
