Moroccan artist Lalla Essaydi photographic work is highly autobiographical. She uses henna to write calligraphy on the fabric, which takes up to six months to prepare. These beautifully Calligraphic drapery , is used as a backdrop and draped around her models, mostly Moroccan women. These life size photographs then becomes a unique work of art
